5S management, heavy duty for long pave

6th May 2014, Mr Erika and Mr Neil from Ikea company came to inspect for KS lean production project. After inspection, we found that we could still have lot of space to improve.
After we plan to have lean production, our workshop started firstly to renovation for all equipment and structure. But we were reminded by IKEA that some of structure still not reasonable if compare to standard workshop. So, all the staff got training class after IKEA visit for 5S management: what is 5S, and how to be 5S?
To running 5S management, so many details to learn and move on. Such as: facilities located in specific place, working area clean or dusty? All the workers wearing properly？These reminds us that we need pay more attention for our details.
As Mr Peng who from work shop said: we really appreciate for IKEA training, and patiently help, this do help us to improve for our working condition and working environment.
After visit, we wish our could forwarding 5S way further and farer.
