Lean from heart, improvement from me.

4th March, 2014, Mr Sam from IKEA was invited by kingstone Mr Cai to visit KS, he going to give KS for lean production training class.
What is the lean production: from 1960, company HONDA carried out the JIT producing type, they occupy the USA market by low price, high quality, which become decades war of the car. So, the JIT become the LEAN production and influent us until now.
Lean products has 8 item of waste: delivery waste, inventory waste, action waste, waiting waste, over-processing waste, over-manufacturing waste, rejects waste, skill waste.
At president, most of manufacture is running factory by the mould as: big scope of manufacture, division of labor based on specialization, labor intensity, long period of purchasing raw material. Now, they meet challenge that needs low down the cost of producing by high quality. So, carry out LEAN production is really necessary now. on the other hand, the difficulty of this could be LEAN production will costly when test and the company structure could not match the request.
So that, the purpose of this training is help company carry LEAN through Mr Sam Hand by Hand, he share the sample in the past due to different company could in different condition. Adjust the new way by all reality. It could require staff to accept and learn the LEAN asap which could be control their behavior for new policy.
After training, all the manager from different workshop were require to making this policy running practically, make factory become better and better.
